BBL for permanent hair reduction
The revolutionary Forever Bare BBL treatment is as comfortable as a hot stone massage. The result is hair removal that is more comfortable, safer, and typically faster than other traditional treatments. It treats any area of the body with unwanted hair.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
Most areas require 5-6 treatments applied at 4-6 week interval to achieve optimal benefit. The number of treatments could be less or more depending on the hair colour, hair thickness, and skin Fitzpatrick type (we will discuss more in details during your initial consultation about these factors). Long-term results depend on multiple factors such as hair thickness, the area treated, and the hair's growth cycle.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE PROCEDURE?
Treatments are comfortable and safe if performed correctly. A clear gel will be applied to the skin. Then, the BBL energy is delivered with a cooled applicator so there is minimal or no discomfort. During the treatment, some patients experience a warm or stinging sensation in the treatment area. For your safety, your eyes will be protected with safety shields or glasses. Personal sensitivity varies from patient to patient. Discuss your sensitivity with your clinician before treatment.
HOW LONG DOES A FOREVER YOUNG BBL TAKE?
Treatment time vary depending upon the size of the area treated and your hair and skin type. Typically, a smaller area only takes a few minutes while a large area can take 15 minutes or longer. Forever Bare BBL is a comfortable treatment with virtually no downtime. In most cases, you can resume your normal daily activities immediately.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TREATMENT?
Immediately following your treatment, you may experience some redness that should go away within a few hours. A few days to a week after treatment you may experience what seems to be regrowth of hair. Most of these hairs are actually being shed as a result of your Forever Bare BBL treatment and are not growing back. Minimal aftercare is needed. You will will be provided with more information on what to expect as well as an aftercare plan to follow that will involve avoiding direct sun exposure and using sunscreen.
Notice: All treatments are subject to a referral from your GP and a prior consultation with us to ensure suitability of treatment.
